Plugins
TraxxTool does the core job on its own. Plugins add the optional extras: talking to a specific piece of gear, or pulling in words and stems from an outside service. Some ship with the app; others are community add-ons you install yourself. Those are not part of TraxxTool, and they remain the responsibility of whoever installs them.
Device plugins
Every device integration is free, permanently, and covered by the TraxxTool licence. We would rather be the thing your whole rig runs on than charge you for a list of MIDI numbers.
The app ships with no gear in it, so you only carry what you actually own: install the ones you need from Settings → Plugins → Browse, enable them in Rig → Devices & MIDI, and each gets its own page on the Rig tab. Already using one? It stays on, and it keeps working exactly as before.
HeadRush MIDI
Talks to a HeadRush guitar pedalboard over MIDI: pick each song's rig, build one-tap block combos (MultiBlocks), label the 8 footswitches, and drop rig, scene and footswitch cues on the timeline so the pedal follows the song hands-free. Works offline and syncs to the board when it is connected.
X Air Mixer MIDI
Reads the strip names and colours from a Behringer X Air / XR-18 over the network so markers read "Kick fader" instead of "CC 1", and places fader, mute, pan and snapshot cues that fire in time on export. Read-only: TraxxTool never changes the desk.
Optional plugins
Installed separately from Settings → Plugins. These are not part of TraxxTool and are not covered by the TraxxTool licence. Each shows its own notice before it installs, and using it is your responsibility. See Licenses and Terms §6.
Karaoke Version Downloader
Adds Karaoke Version as a source in the Downloader, so you can pull the individual stems of backing tracks you have bought there straight into a ready-to-edit project.
Automates downloading from Karaoke Version (karaoke-version.com). Not part of, or covered by, the TraxxTool licence. You are solely responsible for holding a valid account and for compliance with Karaoke Version's Terms of Service and applicable law. Use at your own risk.
Genius Lyrics
Adds Genius as a lyrics and section-marker source for the lyric sync, so auto-sync can label verses and choruses on the timeline.
Fetches copyrighted lyrics from Genius via the third-party lyricsgenius library. Not part of, or covered by, the TraxxTool licence. For personal, non-commercial use only; you are responsible for compliance with Genius's terms and applicable copyright law.
Behringer WING Device
Adds the WING to the Rig tab as its own device, beside the X Air: point TraxxTool at the console (or let find-my-WING discover it) and see every scribble-strip name straight from the desk. Import a 32-channel WING-LIVE or USB show recording and the Channel Mapper labels each channel with those real names and colours instead of "Ch 1..32". Read-only: TraxxTool never changes the desk. Requires TraxxTool 2.5 or newer.

Ultimate Guitar Chords
Turns the lyrics room into Lyrics & Chords: search Ultimate Guitar from Import Chords, load the best-rated chord sheet for your song with one click, and the chords land on your synced lyric lines and export to Stage Traxx, drawn above the words on stage. Requires TraxxTool 2.4 or newer.
Fetches chord sheets from ultimate-guitar.com on your behalf, which may violate Ultimate Guitar's Terms of Service; the sheets are user-submitted transcriptions of copyrighted songs, licensed for display on Ultimate Guitar's own pages. Not part of, or covered by, the TraxxTool licence. For personal use only, entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Plugins are managed inside the app at Settings → Plugins. TraxxTool is an independent companion tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Karaoke Version, Genius, Ultimate Guitar or Behringer / Music Tribe.
